Step by Step How to Make This Recipe

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and align as many club crackers over the surface that will fit. However, do not let the club cracker touch if possible.

Step 2

Slice bacon in to small one-inch pieces. Place a piece on each cracker. Sprinkle every cracker with a heap of brown sugar then sprinkle a tiny amount of cayenne pepper. Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until a golden brown color. Bacon will look fully cooked and glazed. Cracker should easily break apart if stuck together with brown sugar. Enjoy!
