Equipment You’ll Need

For this recipe, you’ll obviously need a large skillet. You’ll also need a sharp kitchen knife, a spatula or some tongs to sauté the bologna with and I used these tiny 4-ounce mason jars to serve the dipping sauces in!

Ingredients You’ll Need

Bologna:

You’ll need a big old chub roll of bologna. The one I bought was 5 pounds and I only used about half for this particular recipe.

Soy Sauce:

You’ll need two to three tablespoons of soy sauce.

Brown Sugar:

You’ll need about a tablespoon of brown sugar.

Fixings:

I served it with lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise and mustard.

How to Make Fried Bologna Bites

Cut up your bologna into small cubes. Heat a skillet to medium/high heat. Add your bologna to the skillet. Add your soy sauce and brown sugar. Stir well and sauté for several minutes until pieces are browned.

Step two:

Remove from heat. Serve bites with toothpicks. Various garnish and dips can be lettuce, tomatoes, mustard and mayonnaise. Enjoy!

  • 2-3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown Sugar

  • Cut Romaine Lettuce
  • Cut Slicing Tomatoes
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard

Instructions
 

  • Cut up your bologna into small cubes. Heat a skillet to medium/high heat. Add your bologna to the skillet. Add your soy sauce and brown sugar. Stir well and saute for several minutes until pieces are browned.
