I had a pie crust and some fresh strawberries and decided to throw it all together. Once thing I do like about this recipe, is the strawberry part is not too sweet. If that’s even possible? It pairs perfect with the flaky crust, and my personal favorite part, a thick layer of homemade whipped cream topping. Top it more fresh strawberries to finish it off.
