Parmesan Crusted Fish
This baked parmesan crusted fish is a favorite in my house. You'll start with a filet of any type of white fish, I prefer Redfish, but Mahi, Tilapia, or catfish would work great too. Pat them dry then sprinkle them with a mix of seasonings and breadcrumbs and, of course, parmesan cheese. Top with butter and bake to a crisp until a nice crust is formed. This recipe is so good and worth trying!

Large Baking Sheet
Parchment Paper
Paper Towels
Knife
- 4-6 Filets of Fish (I used redfish, but you can use your fish of preference)
- Cajun Seasonings
- Old Bay Seasonings
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Panko Breadcrumbs
- Italian Breadcrumbs
- Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Green Onions
- Butter
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange filets of fish on the baking dish. Pat both sides of the fish dry with a paper towel.
Sprinkle the top of each filet with the Cajun seasoning, Old Bay, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powders. Then, sprinkle parmesan cheese and both breadcrumb types on the fish. There is no particular amount of each, just sprinkle a good amount until fish is covered.
Chop and place green onions on top. Place three slices of butter on top of each filet. Bake at 375 for around 20 minutes. Top of the fish will be golden brown and crispy. Serve and enjoy!
