One Pot Pork Chops and Italian Green Beans
This one pot pork chops and Italian green beans recipe is perfect weeknight meal. It's super easy to make. It's pork chops seared and baked with some diced red potatoes and canned Italian style green beans. Stir it up with some seasonings and bake at 375 for about 30 minutes. The potatoes come out so tender and perfectly flavored from the chops and beans. Plus, cleanup is so easy. You'll definitely want to try to recipe.

- 8 Pork Loin Chops
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 3 cans Italian Green Beans
- 1 lbs Small Red Potatoes
Seasonings
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Dried Minced Onion
- Dried Minced Garlic
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Heat a large skillet to medium to high heat. Add in 3 tablespoons of butter.
Season both sides of your pork chops with your seasonings and add them to your hot skillet with the butter. Sear both sides for about 3-4 minutes each then remove from heat.
Dice your potatoes and add them to skillet. Drain your green beans and add them as well. Add more of your seasonings over the top and stir it all around. Make sure your chops are stuck to the skillet. It's ok to get some beans and potatoes under them.
Add to the oven and bake for around 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
