Ham Salad

This ham salad is a classic, old-fashioned recipe. It's essentially just like a chicken or tuna salad. It's diced or left over ham finely shredded in a food processor with a mayo dressing, relish, celery, boiled egg and a few seasonings. Eat it on a sandwich or with crackers and it's perfect to keep on hand in the fridge to snack on.
