Slow Cooker Short Ribs Vegetable Beef Soup

This slow cooker short ribs vegetable beef soup is just a new twist on a traditional comfort food. All you're going to do is slow cook all of your typical ingredients for a vegetable beef soup, but instead of beef tips, you'll use short ribs. I love short ribs in crock pots. They come out so tender and the flavor is 100% better. This is a perfect and easy crockpot meal that's full of flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 lbs Beef Short Ribs
  • 2 cans Whole New Potatoes
  • 1 can Whole Kernel Corn
  • 1 can Stewed Italian Style Tomatoes
  • 1 can Cut Green Beans
  • 2 cups Baby Carrots
  • 16 oz Brown Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Red Wine
  • 2 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 32 oz Beef Broth

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a large crockpot. Cook on high for 6-8 hours.
  • After time is up, remove bones from short ribs and shred meat with two forks. Serve with crackers or cornbread. Enjoy!
