Shrimp Louie Salad
This shrimp louie salad is the perfect salad to make a meal of. It's so rich and hearty with some skillet sauteed shrimp, boiled eggs, avocado and creamy homemade dressing.

- 2-3 heads Romaine Lettuce
- Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Avocado
- 2-3 Boiled Eggs
- 1-2 tbsp Capers
Shrimp
- 12 oz Jumbo Shrimp (I bought peeled, tail-on)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Lemon Pepper
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
Shrimp Louie Dressing
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Hot Sauce
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Pepper
Add all the ingredients for the dressing to a bowl or mason jar and stir. Set aside in the refrigerator. The earlier you make the dressing, the better.
In a large bowl, add the thawed shrimp. Season with salt, lemon pepper, lemon juice and hot sauce. Add to a hot skillet with a little bit of oil and sauté until shrimp are fully cooked.
Add all the ingredients to the salad to a large bowl. Top with the shrimp and the shrimp louie dressing. Serve and enjoy!
