Burrata Toast with Honey and Proscuitto

This burrata toast with honey and prosciutto. Mhmmm. The best of the burrata appetizers. It’s a big loaf of Italian seasoned bread cut in half and topped with prosciutto, honey, onions baked until it’s crispy. Top it off with more honey, fresh burrata and arugula. Crack some black pepper and red pepper flakes for the best toasty appetizer.
