Baked Summer Sausage Cheese Dip
This baked summer sausage cheese dip. Mhmm. Perfect cheesy skillet appetizer. Kind of the same concept of a dried beef dip or appetizer, you'll take a summer sausage roll, chop it or grate it up, mix with some cheddar, cream cheese, pimentos and spices. Bake and serve. This is the most savory dip that is so good and perfect for any occasion.

- 8 oz Summer Sausage
- 8 oz Block of Cream Cheese, Softened
- 2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tbsp Pimentos
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Finely chop or grate the summer sausage with a cheese grater.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Add the mixture to your skillet or dish. Bake around 25 minutes until bubbly. Serve with crackers or crostini toasts. Enjoy!
