Loaded Queso Mac and Cheese
Loaded queso mac and cheese. It's a traditional queso recipe packed with Velveeta cheese, ground sausage, and Rotel tomatoes with some pasta folded in. Ok. I know it looks like hamburger helper but it's way more than that!! If you love queso dip, you'll love it with mac and cheese folded into it, I promise.

- 16 oz Cellentani Pasta (or pasta of choice)
- 16 oz Ground Pork Sausage
- 16 oz Velveeta Block Cheese
- 1 can Evaporated Milk
- 1 can Rotel Tomatoes with Green Chiles, Drained
- Cajun Seasoning (optional)
Boil pasta according to instructions. Drain and set aside. Ground sausage, drain off grease, and set aside on a plate as well.
In a large pot, add in Velveeta cheese, evaporated milk, and drained Rotel tomatoes. Simmer on low until fully melted. Add in sausage and stir.
Fold in your pasta. I like to garnish with a little Cajun seasoning on top. Serve and enjoy!
