Maple Glazed Carrots with Blueberry Goat Cheese
These Maple Glazed Carrots with Blueberry Goat Cheese are the most decant side item. The cinnamon and maple glaze really puts me in the mood for fall. The blueberry goat cheese adds the perfect amount of tartness to cut down on the super sweet glaze. These would be perfect to serve for any fall or Thanksgiving dinner, or even all year round! - 2 bunches Large Carrots
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
Seasonings
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Toppings
- Crumbled Blueberry Goat Cheese
- Chopped Pecans
- Chopped Parsley
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove all stems from carrots and wash thoroughly. Place them on a baking pan. Add the oil, maple syrup and seasonings.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until carrots are tender. Remove from pan and plate for serving. Top with crumbled blueberry goat cheese, roasted pecans, and fresh parsley. Serve while warm and enjoy!
