Ingredients
  

Pinwheels
  • 1 Frozen Pie Crust
  • 1/2 Stick of Butter, Melted
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
Glaze
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Toppings
  • Green, Purple and Yellow Sugar Sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Roll out your unthawed pie crust dough. Melt half a stick of butter, let it cool and brush a heaping amount all over the crust. Mix your cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle it all over the crust as well. Roll up and slice into little half to three-quarter inch slices. Lay on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 8-12 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
  • In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar, vanilla, and water. Mix well until thickened consistency is reached. Adding in more powdered sugar or water as needed. Drop each cookie into the glaze and retrieve out with a fork. Sprinkle them with purple, gold, and green sugar sprinkles. Let the glaze harden and enjoy!
