Valentine's Day Cookie Bars
These Valentine's Day Cookie Bars are the perfect treat to celebrate with. They are made of a rich, red velvet fudge and an Oreo cookie crust! My daughter and I made these together and had so much fun in the process. We topped them with more Oreos and Valentines M&Ms and sprinkles! So much fun to make, and delicious to eat!

Crust
- 14 oz Package of Oreo Cookies
- 4 tbsp Melted Butter
Fudge
- 12 oz Bag of White Chocolate Chip
- 14 oz Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 cup Red Velvet Cake Mix Powder
Place all of your Oreo cookies into your food processor. Crush them on high for several minutes until finely crushed. Grease your casserole dish then pour your Oreos and melted butter into your dish. Mix together. Firmly press the butter mix into the casserole dish with the bottom of a measuring cup.
In a small pot, melt your chocolate chips with your can of sweetened condensed milk. Once fully melted add in cake mix. Mix thoroughly then pour mixture on top of Oreo cookie crust. Top with desired decorative toppings while the fudge mixture is still hot.
Cover with plastic wrap then refrigerate for at least 3 hours to let harden. Remove from refrigerator and slice while still in the dish. Pry each cut bar out gently with a cake knife or a fork. These do not have to be refrigerated afterwards. Enjoy!
