Fresh Strawberry Butter
This Fresh Strawberry Butter is a sweet staple for summertime breakfast recipes. Serve it on biscuits, bagels, pancakes and toast! You can also literally "whip" this recipe up in a flash.

- 3-4 large Fresh Strawberries
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
Slice your strawberries into small pieces. With the paddle handle inserted, add your strawberry pieces to your mixer. beat them for several minutes.
Then add in your butter and powdered sugar. Beat until butter is creamy and all is fully mixed together. Enjoy!
- Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
- Serve with toast, pancakes, bagels, biscuits and more.
- Substitute any fruit you would like in place of the strawberries.
