Equipment

  • Any Size Baking Pan or Cookie Sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • Spatula or Large Spoon

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Blueberry Yogurt (I used two 6oz containers)
  • 3 tbsp Vanilla Yogurt
  • Blueberries
  • Blackberries
  • Chocolate Shavings (Optional)

Instructions

  • Take out a cookie sheet and layer it with a piece of parchment paper. Spread your blueberry yogurt onto the parchment paper about 1/2 of an inch thick. Take dollops of your vanilla yogurt and place them within the blueberry yogurt. With a spoon, swirl around the vanilla yogurt.
  • Place your berries on top of the yogurt. Also place any other toppings of your choice. (I used dark chocolate shavings) Place in the freezer for at least three hours. Take out and break apart with hand or use a sharp kitchen knife for cleaner lines. Store in a freezer bag for up to two weeks. Enjoy!
