Broccoli Salad without Mayo

This broccoli salad without mayo is the perfect, quick dish. There are several folks in my circle that just won't eat mayo. That's ok! This is a traditional old fashioned broccoli salad recipe with a different twist on the mayonnaise dressing. This broccoli sweet salad is perfect for lunch or any side dish for spring. Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 2 heads Raw, Fresh Broccoli
  • 1/4 cup Feta Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries or Craisins
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts
  • 1/4 cup Real Bacon Bits
Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Chop up two heads of raw, fresh broccoli. You'll mainly want to use the floret section of the broccoli. Chop your onion then add it and the dried cranberries, feta, walnuts and bacon bits.
  • In a separate bowl, add all the ingredients for the dressing. Whisk then pour on top of the salad. Toss with salad tongs then serve. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Enjoy!
