No Bake Lemon Cheesecake

This easy no bake lemon cheesecake is the simplest dessert to whip together...literally! It's simple cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and some lemon jello pudding. Mix it all together, place it in a graham cracker crust and chill for a couple of hours. It's that it! It's the sweet and sour of a lemon icebox pie combined with the fluffy richness of a cheesecake. Ingredients
  

  • 1 10" Inch Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 8 oz block Cream Cheese
  • 1 14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 1 oz Packet of Lemon Pudding
  • Whipped Cream Optional

Instructions
 

  • Add your softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon pudding mix to a food processor. Mix until it comes together.
  • Add your mixture to your graham cracker crust. Cover and refrigerator for at least two hours. Add whipped cream before serving. Enjoy!
