Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups Uncooked Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 3 Celery Stalks
  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Boil your macaroni in water according to directions. Once the noodles are tender, remove from heat and drain off the water. Let the noodles cool.
  • Finely chop your peppers, onion and celery into small bits. In a small bowl, add your mayo, sour cream and seasonings, and mix thoroughly.
  • Add all your ingredients and cream base to a larger bowl. Fold together with a large spoon or spatula. Chill and serve cold for best results. Enjoy!
