Equipment

  • Small Pot
  • 9" Oval or Round Baking Dish or Skillet
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Measuring Cups

Ingredients

Filling
  • 1 can Peaches
  • 3-4 Fresh Peaches
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Corn Starch
Crumble Topping
  • 1 stick Softened Butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 cups Oats
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a medium sized stock pot, add in your canned peaches, sliced fresh peaches, water, granulated sugar, corn starch and one teaspoon on cinnamon. Bring to a boil then reduce to low heat to simmer. Simmer until peaches are all very tender, and sauce in thick.
  • In a separate bowl, add in completely softened butter, brown sugar, flour, oats and two teaspoons of cinnamon. With your fingers, mix and mash all the ingredients together with the soften butter. It will make a "crumble" mixture.
  • Grease your baking dish or skillet, then pour in your peach mixture. Then, add your crumble topping on top of the peaches. Bake for around 20-25 minutes until the topping is hard. Serve immediately with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
