Peach Sangria
This peach sangria is the best summer sangria recipe. If you're like me, I'm a red wine drinker. This cocktail takes the boldness of red wine and twists it into a fun summer drink perfect for a crowd. All you'll do is emulsify some peaches in a blender, strain them, and pour that a bottle of red wine, sugar, a little spirits and some sparkling water. That's it! This is the perfect summer drink recipe, especially for a crowd!

Cuisine American
- 1 750 ml Bottle of Red Wine (I used Cabernet Sauvign)
- 1.5 oz Brandy or Bourbon
- 1.5 oz Triple Sec
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 4-6 Fresh Peaches
- 12 oz Sparkling Water
- Turbinado Sugar (for the glass rim)
- Fresh Mint Leaves Optional
Slice two fresh peaches and place them in a food processor or a blender. Emulsify the peaches and then strain them through a strainer into a large pitcher.
Add in a bottle of wine, brandy, triple sec and sugar. Mix until sugar is completely mixed in. Add some fresh peach slices and top it off with sparkling water. Serve in a glass with fresh peach slices and turbinado or "sugar in the raw" on the rim. Garnish with fresh mint. Enjoy!
