Parmesan Roasted Broccoli and Carrots

I love these parmesan roasted broccoli and carrots. They are so simple to throw together for a quick side dish. All you need is some fresh broccoli florets, baby carrots, some olive oil, seasonings and fresh grated parmesan cheese. Toss them all together and roast for about 20 minutes. Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Fresh Broccoli Florets
  • 12 oz Baby Carrots
  • Sliced Shallots (optional)
  • Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2-3 tbsp Olive Oil
Seasonings:
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Add your broccoli and carrots to a baking pan. Drizzle with plenty of olive oil and toss them around the pan.
  • Mix all of your seasonings together and sprinkle all over the vegetables. Grate plenty of parmesan cheese all over the vegetables.
  • Roast for about 20 minutes. The vegetables will have started to look brown and roasted. Add more parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy!
