- 16 oz Fresh Spinach
- 4-5 Strips of Bacon
- 3 Boiled Eggs
Creamy Poppyseed Dressing
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Poppyseeds
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Dash of Salt
Chop bacon and fry it in a skillet until completely cooked. Remove from grease and place on a paper towel.
Add spinach, chopped boiled eggs, and bacon to a large salad bowl.
In a small bowl or mason jar, combine all the ingredients for the dressing. Stir well and serve over the salad. Enjoy!
