Southern Deviled Eggs

Who doesn't love southern deviled eggs? You can never just eat one. This is the classic deviled eggs recipe. It's simple. Two parts mayo to one part mustard and a mix of sweet and dill pickle relish. Add in a little salt and pepper then pipe them out. These are the easiest bites to eat any time of year. You just can't beat this classic, old-fashioned recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Boiled Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Mayonaisse
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Dill Pickle Relish
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1 tbsp Diced Pimentos
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
Garnish
  • Paprika
  • Cajun Seasonings

Instructions
 

  • Boil a dozen eggs and let them completely cool. Once cooled, cut them in half and remove the yolks. In a bowl, add the yolks and all other ingredients. Mix very well with a hand mixer or a stand mixer until there are no more clumps.
  • Add the mixture to a piping bag or a plastic bag with the corner cut off. Pipe them out individually. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning and paprika on top. Serve and enjoy!
