- 6 Eggs
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- 3 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 cans Evaporated Milk
- 8 +/- cups Milk
Beat eggs and sugar together in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer until light yellow and fluffy. Add in your vanilla and then your cans of evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk. Mix well.
Add your metal ice cream bowl to the outer container. Partially fill with ice and rock salt so the bowl will stay in place. Add in your mixture to the metal bowl then fill with whole milk until it is 3/4 full. This will take about 8 cups.
Cover with the lid and add more ice and salt until full. Assemble the parts and churn for about two hours. You may need to add more ice and salt along the way as it melts. Serve when thickened and chilled. Enjoy!
