Shrimp Dip Deviled Eggs

Shrimp dip deviled eggs make the perfect appetizer for any occasion, and are sure to be a hit. Shrimped-up deviled eggs get stuffed with a mixture of cream cheese, mayonnaise, shrimp and seasonings before being chilled and served.
These easy deviled eggs are a great appetizer when you need a simple yet tasty recipe. They can be made in minutes and make a quick snack or light meal. I like them because there is no mayo involved, just good old, boiled eggs, that’s how I do it!

Equipment

  • Large Pot
  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Spatula
  • Piping Bag or Gallon Size Plastic Bag
  • Knife

Ingredients

  • 18 Eggs
  • 1 block Cream Cheese
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 12 oz Tiny Canned Shrimp
  • Juice of a Whole Lemon
  • 3 stalks Green Onion
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Old Bay Seasoning to taste
  • Cajun Seasoning to taste

Instructions

  • Boil your eggs. Halve them and place the hard yolks into a bowl. Place the whites inside up onto a platter. Add all other ingredients into the bowl and mix thoroughly. I slowly added in my Cajun seasoning and Old Bay until it tasted just right.
  • Once your filling tastes perfect, scoop it into a gallon sized plastic bag or a piping bag. Slit the tip to where it is plenty big enough for shrimp and clumps to move through. Fill each egg up with desired amount of filling. I always have more filling than eggs, so I overstuff them. Garnish with chives and Cajun seasoning. Enjoy!
