Boursin Cheese Pasta

This boursin cheese pasta is seriously what dreams are made of. Ok, so first, what is boursin cheese? It's this amazing cheese spread that you can get in your local deli or cheese section this is just creamy and amazing full of flavor. This recipe takes the cheese, bakes it with some olive oil, cherry tomatoes and red pepper flakes. Then, removes it from the oven, add in some heavy cream, blend it, then add it over pasta. It is the most delicious pasta recipe, plus it's so quick and easy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 5.2 oz Package of Garlic and Herb Boursin Cheese
  • 3 cups Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 16 oz Uncooked Penne Pasta
  • 3 cups Water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In an au gratin dish or casserole dish, place the boursin cheese. Arrange your olive oil, cherry tomatoes, and red pepper flakes around the cheese. Place in the oven and bake for around 20-25 minutes.
  • Boil your penne in water until tender. Drain the water. Remove the tomatoes and cheese dish from the oven and empty the content into a food processor or blender. Add in your heavy cream and seasonings. Blend until completely smooth. Add your pasta to the casserole dish then drizzle the sauce over the top. Stir until it's completely mixed in. Enjoy!
