Equipment You Will Need
Ingredients You Will Need
Feta Cheese:
The entire base of this recipe.
Cream Cheese:
Add more body to the dip. Plus, tell me one thing that isn’t better with added cream cheese?? I’ll wait…
Heavy Whipping Cream:
This bind the feta and cream cheese together, and gives them that spread consistency. Plus it adds a little bit of sweetness.
Fresh Basil:
Add s the perfectly fresh herb flavor. The basil pairs so perfect with the berries and honey.
Seasonings:
I used salt? Every recipe needs a lil salt in my honest opinion…
Sugar:
Gives it just a hint more sweetness to break the bitter of the feta.
Strawberries:
I added fresh sliced strawberries on top of the feta. However, raspberries would also be so good.
Jam:
I used raspberry jam. However, I honestly think any flavor jam would work. I just plopped mine right in the center, but it would also be good swirled throughout the spread with a toothpick. You know, a little marble effect.
Honey:
Ties it all together. So, so good. Trust me. You need the honey.
Red Pepper Flakes:
Pairs perfect with the jam and honey. Plus, it gives it just a little more bite with a tiny hint of heat!
