Yall know that I love easy, crockpot recipes. This one is just that. It’s a simple homemade teriyaki sauce made with orange juice, brown sugar, soy sauce and a few other ingredients poured over two small pork tenderloins. They’ll cook and the sauce will thicken on its own. I served this with some white rice and sauteed fresh green beans for the easiest meal.
Questions You Might Have:
Can I use storebought teriyaki sauce?
You can. I just have not ever done this. I would water it down a little bit though. You could add the orange juice, broth or water to it.
Can I use a large pork tenderloin instead of the smaller ones?
Yes! You definitely can. I used the pork tenderloin that came in a two-pack. These are great for a weeknight. However, you may want to double your ingredients for the sauce.
How do you store this recipe?
This recipe can keep in the fridge for up to five days. You can reheat individual servings in the microwave or place it all back in the crockpot and heat on low until its warm.
