Why Make these Strawberry Shortcake Biscuits?
They’re easy
There’s really not a lot of ingredients that go into making these perfect little biscuits. In all, it takes less than 45 minutes to make this whole recipe.
The Bisquick Shortcake Recipe is so simple and delicious

The perfect summer treat
I love this recipe because it’s very versatile. Serve it for dessert, serve it for a shower, serve it for breakfast. The possibilities are endless!
Equipment You’ll Need
When you’re making this recipe, its really not a lot of equipment you’ll need. The first thing is several mixing bowls. You’ll need one for your strawberries, one for your biscuit batter, and potentially one for whipped cream if you decided to use a hand mixer.
I like to use my food processor when making homemade whipped cream. It’s fast, you can walk away from it, and clean-up is so much easier in my opinion. However, if you don’t have one, a hand mixer will work just as well. The last item you’ll really need is a nonstick cookie sheet to bake your biscuits on.
Ingredients for This Strawberry Shortcake Bisquick Recipe
The Strawberries

The Biscuits for Strawberry Shortcake
You could technically make these from scratch. However, that’s the whole point of this recipe. These are simple bisquick biscuits. Add in two and a quarter cup of bisquick with two thirds a cup of milk and three tablespoons of melted butter and that’s it. So easy.
The Whipped Cream Recipe for Strawberry Shortcake
I love homemade whipped cream. It’s so easy and the flavor is so worth it. Add one and a half cups of heavy whipping cream with a cup of sugar to a food processor. Let it beat on high for around a minute. You’ll see that it’s thick. Remove with a spoon and enjoy! Don’t forget to lick the bowl.
