Easy No Bake Heath Bar Pie

This easy no bake Heath bar pie. If you’re like me and love Heath bars, then this is 100% the dessert for you. It’s really simple. You’ll beat some softened cream cheese with some caramel syrup and brown sugar. Add in a half tub of whipped cream then fill up with as much Heath pieces as you’d like. Top if off with more whipped cream, caramel and Heath and that’s it! Super simple and quick dessert!
If you’re looking for easy no bake pies with graham cracker crust for this summer, this one is really, really simple. You could technically make this same recipe with any type of chocolate candy. The concept is still the same. It’s just cream cheese, syrup, whipped topping and candy. I added the brown sugar for a little more sweetness and it turned out great.
Equipment You’ll Need
For this recipe, you’ll need a mixer. I have both of these. I used the stand mixer, but you could also use an electric hand mixer as well.
Ingredients You’ll Need
Graham Cracker Pie Crust:
You’ll need one 10-inch graham cracker pie crust. You can make your own, but I always use a storebought one.
Cream Cheese:
You’ll need one eight-ounce block of softened cream cheese.
Brown Sugar:
I used a half cup of brown sugar.
Caramel Syrup:
I used about a half cup of caramel syrup, and more to drizzle over the top.
Cool Whip:
You’ll need an 8-ounce container of cool whip.
Heath Pieces:
I used about a cup of Heath bar pieces to go in the pie and more to use as toppings.
How to Make This Easy No Bake Heath Bar Pie
step one:
Using a large stand mixer or a hand mixer and a bowl, beat a softened block of cream cheese, brown sugar and 3/4 of a cup of caramel syrup. Once beaten, fold in half the tup of Cool whip and about a cup of Heath pieces and mix well together.
step two:
Empty the mix into a 10-inch graham cracker crust. Top with the remainder of the whipped cream, then top with more Heath pieces, caramel syrup and chocolate chips. Refrigerate for at least three hours. Serve and enjoy!

Freeze Options:
