This grilled peach and burrata salad. Yum. Perfect for summertime. You’ll need some fresh peaches, fresh tomatoes, a bed of greens and some balsamic glaze. Lay the burrata right on top and there you have it. The most delicious and sweet summer salad.
I love fresh peaches this time of year. My mom brought these specifically to me from a farmstand that a close family from home operates. I get so excited about them every year. What’s better than a grilled peach salad? I am all about fresh produce salads this time of year and this one takes the cake.
Equipment You’ll Need
For this recipe, you’ll need a grill or griddle. I used the exact on linked below. You’ll also need some tongs and a large salad bowl.
Ingredients You’ll Need
Fresh Peaches:
I used 3-4 large, fresh peaches.
Burrata:
You can use about 8 ounces of burrata cheese. That should about two balls.
Green Salad Mix:
I like using a bed of mixed salad greens for this recipe. I used about two to three cups.
Tomatoes:
I used fresh big and cherry tomatoes. There’s also no particular amount. Just however many you’d like.
Balsamic Glaze:
I drizzled the balsamic glaze all over the top of the salad. If you can’t find the glaze balsamic vinegar is fine, too!
How to Make This Grilled Peach and Burrata Salad
Step one:
Slice your fresh peaches in half and remove the pits. Cut the halves into quarters. Grease your grill or skillet and add your peaches. Grill for several minutes on each side. They will start to become tender and have nice char marks.
Step two:
Arrange your bed of greens in a large salad bowl. Cut your tomatoes and arrange them and your peaches over the top of the salad. Add your burrata cheese then drizzle with some balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. You’ll want to break open your burrata before serving. Enjoy!
