  • 1 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 Green Onions, Chopped
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 Celery Stalk, Chopped
  • 1/4 Yellow Onion, Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • dash Salt
Spicy Cream Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1/3 cup Flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 3/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes with Green Chiles, Drained
  • 1/2 tbsp Hot Sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Add all of your ingredients to a large bowl. Mix well. I typically will use my hands.
  • Use a cookie scoop or a teaspoon to make each meatball. Roll up balls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for around 30 minutes or until internal temperature is over 175 degrees.
  • For the cream sauce, melt butter in a large skillet. Once melted, sift in flour and stir. A paste will form then add in your heavy cream. Stir well and add in your parmesan cheese and seasonings.
  • Add your meatballs back to your skillet. Remove from heat. Serve and enjoy!
