This recipe is our new favorite. Allen loved it so much. I know something must be really good, if he rates it high, because he can definitely be a critic! I appreciate it though…

But yeah…this was really good. I know you could be a little “eh” about a chicken meatball, but these are packed with tons of flavor and came out super juicy. The cream sauce is essential, too, so don’t leave it out! We served it over mashed potatoes. Yum! Perfect dinner.

How to Make These Cajun Meatballs with a Spicy Cream Sauce

Step One:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Add all of your ingredients to a large bowl. Mix well. I typically will use my hands.

Step two:

Use a cookie scoop or a teaspoon to make each meatball. Roll up balls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for around 30 minutes or until internal temperature is over 175 degrees.

Step three:

For the cream sauce, melt butter in a large skillet. Once melted, sift in flour and stir. A paste will form then add in your heavy cream. Stir well and add in your parmesan cheese and seasonings.
