Ingredients You’ll Need

Pork Chops:

I used 3-4 thin bone-in pork chops. This recipe will work for any cut of pork chops.

Onion and Carrots:

I cooked the chops with some slices onions and baby carrots.

Beef Consommé Soup:

I used a can of beef consommé soup. This is like an au jus to me. Not too thick with tons of flavor.

Beef Gravy:

I also used a can of beef gravy.

Au Jus Gravy Mix:

To add just a little more flavor, I added in a packet of au jus gravy mix.

Seasonings:

For seasonings, you’ll need salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning before searing the pork chops. Then, I added in a tablespoon of sugar to balance out the crockpot flavors.
