Make the most of your time this Christmas by hosting your friends and family with festive drinks, such as these mimosas. I actually took these to a tacky sweater party this weekend. I placed several cubes in a styrofoam cup and then pour champs over the top. Haha. It was perfect. These actually melt fairly slow, so it’ll last a good while!

Equipment You’ll Need…

Ingredients You’ll Need…

Juices:

I used cranberry, orange and pineapple juice. The good thing about this recipe is that there are no exact amounts needed. I used one part cranberry to one part pineapple to one part orange. I think in all I used about a cup each? You’re filling up ice cube trays so you won’t need too much.

Fillings:

I used oranges, grapefruit, cranberries, pomegranate, and fresh rosemary. The rosemary is a must. It adds the perfect holiday smell and flavor to this cocktail.
