Ingredients You’ll Need
Fresh Strawberries:
Big Fresh Strawberries are the key to this recipe. There’s honestly nothing better than a ripe, fresh strawberry.
Unsalted Butter:
You’ll want a high-quality unsalted butter for this recipe. It’ll make it taste so much better. Plus, it will whip much better as well.
Powdered Sugar:
I used a half of a cup of powdered sugar. I felt like it whipped much smoother than trying this with granulated sugar.
Equipment You’ll Need
There’s more than one way to whip up this strawberry butter. I used my Kitchenaid mixer. However, you can use a hand mixer, food processor or just whatever you have at home.
Step by Step How to Make This Fresh Strawberry Butter
Step 1
Slice your strawberries into small pieces. With the paddle handle inserted, add your strawberry pieces to your mixer. beat them for several minutes.
Step 2
Then add in your butter and powdered sugar. Beat until butter is creamy and all is fully mixed together. Enjoy!

- 3-4 large Fresh Strawberries
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
Instructions

- Then add in your butter and powdered sugar. Beat until butter is creamy and all is fully mixed together. Enjoy!
Notes
- Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
- Serve with toast, pancakes, bagels, biscuits and more.
- Substitute any fruit you would like in place of the strawberries.
