Why You’ll Love This Yogurt Fruit Bark
It’s an easy to make snack recipe
Literally, all there is to making this recipe is spreading a thin layer of blueberry yogurt onto a pan, add in some toppings, and freeze. It’s so simple.
The possibilities are endless
You don’t have to use berries. Me personally, I love the blueberry and yogurt combo. That’s just me! However, you can always use strawberry, chocolate, peach, whatever flavor you’d like!
Great for kids
My daughter loves yogurt. It’s honestly about the only thing she’ll eat. This yogurt is a great idea for kids! Instead of berries, add in some sprinkles for a perfect kid-friendly snack!
Equipment You’ll Need
You won’t need a lot of equipment for this recipe. I used a 9×13 baking pan but use whatever size you have. Then I layered it with parchment paper so that the yogurt wouldn’t stick.
Here’s a tip!
A tip I like to do is take my sheet of parchment paper and crumble it into a ball then lay it back on to the cookie sheet. It’s much more pliable and won’t curl and mess up your layer of yogurt!
Ingredients You’ll Need…
Blueberry Yogurt:
I used 12 ounces of blueberry yogurt. You can just buy two of the little individual things of yogurt at the grocery store.
Vanilla Yogurt:
I put a few dollops of vanilla yogurt and swirled it around with a toothpick.
Berries:
I used blueberries and blackberries, but you can use whatever kind of fruit you’d like!
Toppings:
I put some shavings of dark chocolate on mine, but the possibilities are endless when it comes to topping this yogurt bark.

No! You can use whatever flavors you want to make yogurt bark.
How thick do I make these?
You’ll want to spread your yogurt layer about as thick as a new pencil eraser. It’ll probably be around 1/2 of an inch. This will make it stick together without being flakey, but not too hard to bite into!
