Equipment You’ll Need
You’ll need a large skillet. I prefer cast iron. I use cast iron everything. They’ll literally last until the end of time and you get just that perfect sear and flavor on everything. You’ll also need some tongs to flip your pork chops with. I like just the plain metal ones. These are literally less than a dollar at Walmart and are my favorite. Some other items you may need is a can open and something to stir with.
Ingredients You’ll Need
Pork Loin Chops:
You’ll need about 8 pork loin cut chops. You’ll season them and sear them with butter.
Italian Green Beans:
You’ll use 3 cans of Italian green beans. You’ll drain off all the juice before adding them in.
Small Red Potatoes:
You’ll need about a pound of small red potatoes. I quartered them and added them to the pot.
Seasonings:
For seasonings, you’ll need some salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, minced dried onion and minced dried garlic. You’ll sprinkle them on the chops before searing them and on top of everything before baking.
