Chicken Broth:

I used about a cup of chicken broth. This helped steamed the pork.

Butter & Flour:

You’ll need about four tablespoons of butter and a quarter cup of flour. This will make the base for your sauce.

Heavy Cream:

Every cream sauce needs…cream. I used about two cups.

Mustards:

I used a tablespoon each of Dijon mustard and stone ground mustard.

Parmesan Cheese:

I used about a half cup of parmesan cheese. This add some flavor and thickness to the mustard cream sauce.

Seasonings:

You’ll need salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion, powder and sugar.
