I love this Cajun corn on the cob. It’s kind of the same idea of the corn you’d get in a crawfish or shrimp boil, yet not as spicy and you can easily make in a skillet. This recipe is perfect for summer cookouts. Plus, I really love corn. I could eat this whole pot.

Equipment You’ll Need

There’s not a lot of equipment you’ll need for this recipe. You’ll need a large skillet with a lid. I love my Staub braiser. I have linked it below. Then, you’ll also need some tongs.

Ingredients You’ll Need

Corn on the Cob:

You’ll need a 12 pack of small cut corn on the cob.

Butter:

You’ll need a stick and a half of butter. I used salted butter.

Chicken Broth:

I just put a tiny bit of chicken broth in the skillet to add some flavor and thin up the butter.

Milk:

I used a cup of milk to add some creaminess.

Sugar:

You need sugar to sweeten up the butter mix. I used two tablespoons.

Cajun & Old Bay Seasonings:

You’ll need both of these to add that spicy, Cajun flavor.
