Ingredients You’ll Need

Ahi Tuna Steaks:

You’ll need four ahi tuna steaks. I bought them from the seafood section of my grocery store. You’ll want these to be super fresh and high quality.

Seasonings:

As for seasonings, I put salt, pepper, and Cajun seasonings generously on both sides of the tuna.

Butter & Flour:

You’ll need three tablespoons of and a fourth cup of flour for the base of the sauce.

Heavy Whipping Cream:

You’ll need a cup and a half of heavy whipping cream.

Parmesan Cheese:

You’ll need a half cup of parmesan cheese.

Sugar:

You’ll need two tablespoons of sugar to add some sweetness.

Lemon Juice:

You’ll need two tablespoons of lemon juice. This just helps in the sauce. It just adds to the overall flavor of the parmesan cream sauce.
