Summer Strawberry Feta Salad

This summer strawberry feta salad is the perfect summertime dish. This salad is super simple and uncomplicated. All it is a bed of greens topped with roasted pecans, feta, and big, fresh summertime strawberries. I used a storebought raspberry vinaigrette to dress it with. You can also top it with chicken to make a meal of it.
This salad is so simple and also too pretty to eat. I love salads with fruit in them. This one is one of my favorites. It’s four ingredients and takes about 5 minutes to make. This is the perfect summer strawberry salad.
Equipment You’ll Need
Not a lot of equipment goes into making this strawberry pecan salad. You’ll need a large salad bowl, some spoons to serve it with, and a knife to slice up your strawberries.
Ingredients You’ll Need
Spring Mix Salad Greens:
You’ll need two to three cups of a spring mix salad greens. This could be spinach, arugula, any one you like.
Strawberries:
You’ll need about a half pound to a pound of strawberries. I washed them really good, then sliced them in half.
Roasted Pecans:
You’ll need about a half cup of roasted, salted pecans.
Feta:
You’ll use about a half cup of crumbled feta.
Berry-Flavored Vinaigrette:
You can use any storebought berry-flavored vinaigrette. I used a raspberry vinaigrette. You could use any type. All would be so good.
How to Make This Summer Strawberry Feta Salad
step one:
Wash your strawberries and slice them in half. Add all the ingredients to your salad bowl.
step two:
Toss well and drizzle with dressing of choice. Serve and enjoy!

- 2-3 tbsp Any Type of Berry Flavored Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
