Bacon Ranch Red Potato Salad

Equipment

  • Large Pot
  • Potato Masher
  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Electric Hand Mixer (optional)
  • Measuring Cup
  • Spoon or Spautla

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs Red Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 16 oz Sour Cream
  • 2 packets Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 cup Real Bacon Bits
  • 2 tbsp Chives
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Add your potatoes to a large pot and cover with water. Boil for about 20 to 30 minutes until they are nice and tender. Drain the water and add the potatoes to a large mixing bowl.
  • Mash them with a potato masher. Add butter and milk and mix well. You can use an electric hand mixer, if available. Then, add sour cream, bacon bits, chives and seasonings. Mix until all comes together. Serve and enjoy!
