This Swiss, ham and asparagus quiche. It’s the perfect brunchy food for spring. All the flavors pair so well together and it’s super easy to make. I used a storebought pie crust then filled it to the brim with fresh asparagus, honey ham and Swiss cheese. Then, I beat an egg mixture and poured over the top. Baked and there you have it! It’s super easy and can be served at so many types of occasions.
