Ingredients You’ll Need

Jumbo Shrimp:

I used 2 pounds of jumbo shrimp. You’ll want to buy some not peeled with the tail still on. It doesn’t matter if they still have the head on or not. Fresh, never frozen shrimp work the best for this recipe.

Butter:

You’ll need two sticks of butter.

Worcestershire Sauce:

You’ll need about a quarter of a cup of Worcestershire sauce.

Lemons:

I halved two lemons, removed the seeds, then squeezed the juice into the skillet. I also left the rinds in the skillet to cook with the shrimp as well.

Minced Garlic:

You’ll need a tablespoon of minced garlic.

Seasonings:

As for seasonings, you’ll need Cajun seasonings, pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika and onion powder. You really won’t need any salt. There’s plenty in the Cajun seasonings.
