Equipment You’ll Need

The only equipment you’ll need for this recipe is a large mixing bowl and a spoon. Maybe a measuring cup, but if you’re like me, I usually “eyeball” my amounts. I used an old bowl that I have, but any large serving or mixing bowl will work!

Ingredients You’ll Need

Mandarin Oranges:

I used a 15 ounce can of mandarin oranges. You’ll want to drain them before adding them into the bowl.

Fresh Pineapple:

I used about a 10-ounce container of fresh pineapple. I used the one’s they already have pre-cut in the grocery store. I actually chopped them into smaller pieces before adding them to the bowl.

Maraschino Cherries:

I used a 10-ounce jar of pitted maraschino cherries. I cut them in half.

Chopped Pecans:

I used about a half cup of chopped pecans.

Shredded Coconut:

I love coconut. I ended up using about a half cup.

Mini Marshmallows:

You’ll need two cups of mini marshmallows. I used just the regular white ones and not the fruit flavored marshmallows.

Cool Whip:

Of course, cool whip. You’ll need an 8-ounce thawed container.
