I’ve been making this breakfast pizza recipe the same for some years now. I’ve made it for just Allen and I and then I’ve made it for brunch parties. It’s really so simple to throw together. You’ll just cook your eggs and sausage as your two main toppings and then mix your gravy packet with some milk. Assemble it all together and top with cheese. It’s so good, melt in your mouth. Something about breakfast food…

Equipment You’ll Need

I used a cast iron pizza pan for making most of my pizzas. You can find one like I’ve linked below at most Walmart stores. I like them because they make the bottom of the pizza so crispy. You’ll also need a skillet to cook your sausage and scrambled eggs and a pizza cutter.

Ingredients You’ll Need

Pizza Crust Dough:

I used one pizza crust dough. You can find these by the canned biscuits in the refrigerated section of the grocery store.

Country Gravy Mix:

You’ll need one packet of country gravy mix. I mixed it with a half cup of milk then put it on the crust. I didn’t fully make the gravy.

Eggs:

I scrambled 8 large eggs to put on top of the pizza. I put salt and pepper in the scrambled eggs.

Ground Breakfast Sausage:

I just used a package of the Jimmy Dean ground sausage. I used the original flavor, but you can also use the maple or the spicy.

Cheese:

I used 2 to 3 cups of shredded cheese. I used a Colby and Monterrey jack cheese mix.
