Equipment You’ll Need

For this lemon pepper wings recipe, you’ll need obviously a baking pan, a zester and a large bowl. You may or may not need some measuring spoons or cups. I usually just eyeball it, but a lot of people like to use the exact amount. You may also want to use some parchment paper so that the wings don’t stick.

Ingredients You’ll Need

Chicken Wings:

You’ll need a pack of chicken winglets. I think they come in a pack of 12. Typically, most people are going to want to make more than 12 wings at a time. The seasonings for this recipe could honestly probably cover 2-3 dozen.

Salt:

Once you pat all the winglets dry, you’ll sprinkle salt all over them.

Lemon Pepper Seasonings:

For seasonings, you need the zest from a whole lemon, some black pepper, white pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, flour and baking powder. You’ll toss all the wings in the seasonings before baking.
