This easy no bake lemon pie is the simplest dessert to whip together…literally! It’s simple cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and some lemon jello pudding. Mix it all together, place it in a graham cracker crust and chill for a couple of hours. It’s that it! It’s the sweet and sour of a lemon icebox pie combined with the fluffy richness of a cheesecake. Why This Lemon Jello Pudding Cheesecake Works
I put all the ingredients in a food processor, blend it, and put it in the crust. That’s all. It’s super simple and doesn’t take hardly any time.

Different spin on a classic favorite
This lemon jello pudding pie is like a cheesecake rendition of a lemon icebox pie. It has a lot of similar ingredients to a traditional favorite with a cheesecake twist to it.
Equipment You Will Need
If you’re like me, I hate dirtying up my kitchen. One thing that I love about this recipe (and most of my recipes) is that it doesn’t require too much equipment. You could technically use a pie dish, but I used a storebought crust. You’ll need a good processor and good pie server.
Ingredients You Will Need
I used a 10-inch, round storebought graham cracker crust for this recipe. It was easy and cheap.
I used a block of softened cream cheese for this recipe. I don’t know why, but the flavor of Philadelphia is better to me than the generic.
Sweetened Condensed Milk
You’ll need one 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk. You can use the lower calorie one if you wish.
Lemon Pudding Mix
I you love lemon jello pudding recipes, you’ll love this one. I used a packet of lemon jello pudding instead of lemon juice. The flavor was just as good, and it was so much easier.
It’s optional, but i topped mine with some whipped cream! Mix a cup of heavy cream to one 3/4 cup of sugar. Beat until fluffy for the best homemade whipped cream!
How To Make This No Bake Lemon Cheesecake
Add your softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon pudding mix to a food processor. Mix until it comes together.
Add your mixture to your graham cracker crust. Cover and refrigerator for at least two hours. Add whipped cream before serving. Enjoy!
